Pfleiderer AG to supply "Solid Track System" for new Dutch High-Speed Rail Link

Neumarkt, 11. Juni 2003 - Over the next three years, SDAX-listed
Pfleiderer AG (ISIN DE0006764749) will be directly involved in the planning
and construction of the new high-speed rail link HSL-ZUID / NL to
run between Amsterdam and the Belgian border. In particular, Pfleiderer
track systems will be supplying its innovative sleeper systems, based on
its patented "Solid Track" technology RHEDA 2000® for the link which is
around 88 kilometer long. A joint venture agreement between Pfleiderer
track systems and the Dutch Royal BAM Group, Bunnik, responsible for
construction for the project, was signed today, Wednesday, 11 June
2003.

280,000 sleeper systems and engineering services
