RAIL.ONE announces PCM Group as its new strategic owner

Neumarkt, Germany, 9 March 2013 – With successful conclusion of search for an investor, RAIL.ONE Group has a strong new strategic shareholder. The new owner of the world’s lead­ing manufacturer of concrete sleepers, as well as systems provider for railway tracks, is the Indian conglomerate PCM Group of Industries.

This successful acquisition by PCM Group is considered an exceptionally positive signal. The new intercontinental alliance will strengthen the positions of both companies on the global market for railway track systems.
